Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking an Install Coordinator to drive customer experience by coordinating installations from sale to completion. This remote role must be based in an operating state and acts as the hub among customers, sales, and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

You will manage materials, schedules, and updates, turning field promises into successful outcomes while maintaining proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer installations, ensuring requirements are met.
• Maintain clear, timely communication on order status and scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve unclear order information.
• Support sales reps by answering questions and assisting with scheduling in-stock doors.
• Communicate with vendors, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Spend most days on the phone coordinating orders, schedules, and updates.
