Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support national installation project requests. You will work with account teams, vendors, and clients to manage timelines, costs, and resources across retail, event, construction, showroom, and corporate environments.

This remote position requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare purchase orders, monitor budgets, and update project details for invoicing, while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.
• Experience with continuous process improvement.
• Ability to develop and track budget expenses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the scope of the project; review materials, timelines, activities, and documentation.
• Create purchase orders for vendors, update project details for invoicing, track costs, and record notes.
• Communicate project detail to vendors for quotes, timing, insurance, and equipment needs.
• Support Account Management on daily functions related to coordinating client projects.
• Serve as the point person for the project and coordinate resources.
• Drive tracking of budget expenses, reporting, and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards in collaboration with Installations and clients.
