Job summary

Proxy Retail Group, Inc. is seeking Installation Coordinators (ICs) to join our team in multiple departments. This fully remote role supports nationwide retail installations, coordinating partners, scheduling projects, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Reports to the Department Account Manager/Director with no direct reports; location is remote in the United States. Typical hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM local time, with some early or late sprints as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination in retail installations or related work.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team.
• Excel proficiency and full Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Smartsheet and HubSpot CRM experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with limited supervision and drive to excel.
• Reliable home setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team.
• Track record of delivering results over formal credentials.
• Knowledge of retail fixture installation or multi-site rollouts is a plus.
• Proven field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and lock in elite vendor partners for multi-site retail rollouts.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines with vendors.
• Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate logistics, install readiness, and field execution across locations.
• Assist Installation Manager in fast problem solving in the field.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Review field deliverables for accuracy.
• Provide site oversight and hands-on execution when needed.
