Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator who will serve as the customer-facing liaison between Lowe’s Installed Sales staff, contractors, and customers. The role emphasizes scheduling, contract review, and ensuring on-time installation and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a related field, and comfortable using databases and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience; customer service a plus.
• Basic computer skills for multiple screens and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
• Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
• Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
• Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
• Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
• Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
