Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to provide phone and email technical support for warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. Onboarding includes opportunities to earn CFESA certifications.

You will manage 30+ cases daily, referencing manuals and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues, documenting calls, and coordinating with manufacturers on improvements. Remote work options are available in our dynamic team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating MS Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot equipment issues over phone or email.
• Handle 30+ cases per day and document all interactions.
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on changes and report failure rates.
