Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (also known as a Tech Wizard) to provide technical support for warranty and non-warranty repairs on cold side foodservice equipment. You will communicate with end users and field technicians via phone and email after onboarding.

Successful candidates are strong communicators, have experience in appliance repair or HVAC, and can multitask in a fast-paced team. A remote work schedule is offered alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proficient with common software tools and online resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, troubleshooting equipment and conveying solutions.
• Handle 30+ cases per day and document all interactions in the database.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to identify issues and suggest improvements.
