You will diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot on warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment, and pursue CFESA certifications after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians by phone or email.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Log customer interactions and collaborate with manufacturers on changes.
