Job summary

Parts Town is hiring an Inside Service Technician to support end users and field technicians with repairs on warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. You’ll complete onboarding and have the opportunity to earn CFESA certifications.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, rapid case handling (30+ per day), and collaboration with manufacturers to address equipment issues. The team values growth, safety, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC or relevant training/schooling.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate equipment information and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Document all customer call information in the company database.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document failure rates.
