What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce the employer’s menu of service contracts to the current customer base
- Establish new business sales through email and outbound phone campaigns
- Identify key decision-makers for service contracts and review service menu options in detail
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gather feedback on service contract options
- Craft solutions that meet business goals based on client discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years in inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Proven and documented sales record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior service contract selling experience
- Confidence and professionalism as a self-starter
- Experience in prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
- Ability to propose and discuss viable solutions with key decision-makers
