- Review current equipment and warranty terms to provide appropriate service contract solutions
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gather feedback on service contract options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Proven and documented sales record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships

- Prior service contract selling experience
- Confident, professional demeanor, and self-starter attitude
- Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and discuss viable solutions with key decision makers
- Experience in biomed and materials management departments
