What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce the employer's menu of service contracts to the current customer base
- Establish new business sales through email and outbound phone campaigns
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers for service contracts and review service menu options in detail
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails for feedback on service contract options presented
- Craft solutions with appropriate services that meet business goals based on client discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience preferred
- Proven and documented sales record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
