Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to manage quote opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and foster strong relationships with ESCO customers and sales reps. Ideal candidates will have lighting industry experience and knowledge, enabling accurate product recommendations and efficient order processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales teams and maintaining accurate CRM data, with a focus on timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting product knowledge preferred for hybrid roles; required for remote roles.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Specialist, ESCO Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory levels and support orders.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specifications.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility and track status, timelines, and on-time delivery.
