Keystone Technologies invites an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with ESCO customers and distributors.

The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience and strong Excel and CRM skills, enabling accurate product recommendations and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales role.
• Lighting product knowledge preferred but not required (for Hybrid); Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required (for Remote)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data and identify opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory and support future project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist in processing time-sensitive ESCO purchase orders and allocations.
