Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications across assigned states. You will work with a broad network of agents to increase quotes and written premium, meeting annual targets while representing the Kemper brand with professionalism.

This role emphasizes discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to interpret data from company reports to shape action plans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct outbound sales calls.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth.
• Participate in and lead training sessions to ensure agency is comfortable with products and guidelines.
• Occasional field travel to visit key agency relationships.
• Engage in insurance association events, seminars, and trade shows.
• Interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans from insights.
