Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the end-to-end relationship with assigned customers from a remote Oregon location.

You will drive margins, coordinate with suppliers, and support order-to-cash processes, with a 60/40 base/commission structure. The role requires Salesforce/Oracle familiarity and strong communication skills to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred or required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Oracle preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account relationships and drive value-added solution selling.
• Coordinate with internal/resources to quote, fulfill, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Negotiate pricing and manage quote processes for assigned accounts.
• Maintain Perfect Order Index (POI) and ensure inventory accuracy.
