Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role offers the chance to develop consultative selling skills and exposure to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets.

Location: Remote in the United States. Manage territory, qualify opportunities, coordinate with field sales and service teams, and drive revenue through Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, and service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is expected.

Responsibilities

Develop territory growth plans to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance customer opportunities.
Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and reporting tools.
