Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role offers exposure to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets and opportunities to develop consultative selling skills as part of a collaborative commercial team.

Location: Remote (United States). The candidate will manage a territory, qualify opportunities, and partner with field sales to drive Waters instrumentation, informatics, and service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years of sales experience; GPA considered for new graduates (minimum 3.2 GPA).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory growth plans; identify new business opportunities.
Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance opportunities.
Present territory performance, pipeline updates, and business insights to sales leadership.
