This remote role offers exposure to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets, with a focus on consultative selling and value-based solutions. The position emphasizes virtual engagement, collaboration with field teams, and ongoing customer relationship development to support product launches and service offerings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory with growth plans and new opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance customer opportunities.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions to drive revenue.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve lab productivity and compliance.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and insights to sales leadership regularly.
