Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. This remote role in the United States offers exposure to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets, and the opportunity to develop consultative selling skills.

The position focuses on prospecting for new business, expanding customer relationships, managing opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that support customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through the promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Present territory performance, pipeline updates, and business insights to sales leadership on a recurring basis.
