Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans that identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through the promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
