Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Citrix to manage key accounts and drive value-added solution selling across the customer base. You will coordinate with internal teams to quote, fulfill demand, and ensure on-time delivery while strengthening partnerships with vendors and customers.

The role emphasizes high-level relationship building, CRM-driven sales strategy, and knowledge of SaaS and Citrix ecosystems to maximize margins and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base, maximizing margins and driving value-added solution selling.
• Collaborate with internal resources to deliver customer service, quotes, fulfilling demand, and on-time order delivery.
• Own the customer interface for backend Quality processes and for important Credit & Financial information.
• Set a strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources, and negotiate pricing and markup.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable pay tied to sales goals.
