Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter to identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory. You will build territory and account plans, develop executive-level relationships, and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close with vendor and internal teams.

The role requires a 4-year degree and ~5 years of related experience, with remote work options and travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related sales experience.
• Proven track record in net-new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories.
• Build and execute territory plans to create pipeline and drive new business opportunities.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT and business decision-makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close with vendor partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and vendor teams to convert demand into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce/Salesloft.
• Lead regular business reviews on territory performance and growth strategies.
• Promote Arrow's services and lifecycle capabilities as part of solutions.
• Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets.
