Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter to identify and win net-new customers within assigned territories. You will build territory plans, develop executive relationships, and steer the full sales cycle from discovery to close with vendor partners and internal teams.

Collaborate with marketing to convert demand into opportunities and maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.

Qualifications

4 year degree and 5 years of related experience typical; advanced degree possible.
Proven hunter with track record of net-new business.
Ability to engage IT and business stakeholders at executive level.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories.
Build and execute territory and account plans to create pipeline for Citrix and Arrow solutions.
Develop executive relationships with IT, security, and networking decision-makers.
Drive full sales cycle from discovery to close with vendor partners and internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing and vendor teams to convert demand into qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce.com and other Arrow systems.
Conduct business reviews with leadership on territory performance and growth strategies.
Promote Arrow's services and lifecycle capabilities as part of customer solutions.
Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets.
