Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp’s advertising solutions. This 100% phone-based role is remote, with a Western US residence requirement and a set Monday–Friday schedule.

You will manage a pipeline in Salesforce, achieve monthly quotas, and work from home to drive client growth. You will become an expert in Yelp’s ad solutions, asking probing questions, handling objections, and closing opportunities while delivering strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree with interest in sales/business or people-centric industry.
• Willingness to make high-volume outbound dials daily.
• Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs to a high volume of business owners over the phone.
• Manage a pipeline of clients (dentists, florists, restaurants) in CRM.
• Work from home on a fixed Mon–Fri schedule and exceed monthly quotas.
• Master Yelp’s advertising solutions and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Qualify opportunities and close initial deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track daily goals and perform to meet or exceed targets.
