Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect with small business owners across the US and Canada via phone, educating them on Yelp advertising solutions. Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma or Bachelor's degree with sales interest.
• No fear of high-volume outbound dials, daily.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and a Macbook provided.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs to business owners via phone.
• Manage a pipeline of clients in CRM (Salesforce).
• Sell Yelp advertising solutions with product recommendations and proactive questions.
• Hit and exceed monthly quotas and track daily goals.
• Work from home on a set M-F schedule and avoid commuting.
