Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will work remotely within the Western United States. You will engage local business owners by phone to educate and sell Yelp advertising solutions, aiming to hit monthly quotas in a fast-paced, supportive virtual team.

You’ll manage pipelines in Salesforce, collaborate with a remote team, and use product knowledge to tailor recommendations. This role requires strong phone skills and persistence.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales/people-centric industry.
• Willing to make high-volume outbound dials daily.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Gmail/Docs; MacBook provided.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage a client pipeline of diverse local businesses in a CRM (Salesforce).
• Work from home on a set Mon-Fri schedule with local time alignments.
• Provide product recommendations, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
• Exceed monthly quotas and track daily goals to drive results.
• Navigate qualification-to-close processes ensuring customer satisfaction.
