Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate business owners about Yelp advertising programs via high-volume phone outreach. This remote role serves the Eastern Region of the United States, operating within Eastern Time Zone guidelines and a fixed Mon-Fri schedule.

You will own and manage a pipeline in Salesforce, drive ad sales for local businesses, and work from home to achieve and exceed monthly quotas with robust compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal skills.
• Must possess current US work authorization.
• Proficient with Google Suite; CRM experience helpful.

Responsibilities
