Base pay starts around $37k with uncapped commissions; average first-year on-target earnings align near $50k if performance targets are met. Strong communication and persistence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales/business or people-centric industry.
• High volume outbound dialing with comfort on the phone.
• Proficient with computer and email; Google Suite; Macbook.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls.
• Work a fixed local-time schedule from home on weekdays.
• Manage a pipeline of clients in CRM (Salesforce).
• Sell advertising to local businesses and provide product recommendations.
• Exceed monthly quotas with strong work ethic and tenacity.
• Track daily goals and ensure targets are met.
• Qualify leads and close initial sales conversations effectively.
• Handle objections and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
