Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely in the Central Region. You will educate business owners on Yelp advertising solutions via phone, drive growth, and hit monthly quotas from home. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with a supportive virtual team.

Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, US work authorization, and the ability to perform daily outbound dialing. Base salary starts around 37k with uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales or people-focused industry.
• Willingness to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
• Proficient with Google Suite; experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must have current US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising with a high volume of outbound calls.
• Manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce and nurture relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas with a strong work ethic.
• Adapt product recommendations to client needs and overcome objections.
• Work from home on a set Monday–Friday schedule with a local-time shift.
