Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the North American Sales Team. This fully remote role in Fargo, ND focuses on end-to-end sales of research-grade products and manufacturing solutions, with qualified leads feeding the GMP pipeline for cell and gene therapy developers.

You will own the sales cycle from lead gen to close, engage a portfolio of clients, and collaborate with technical sales to qualify opportunities and accelerate the clinical

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, technical or customer service experience in life sciences or related technical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex scientific or technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales for research-grade products and manufacturing solutions, from lead generation through deal closure, with disciplined funnel management.
• Proactively engage and grow a portfolio of research-grade clients, driving order growth through value-based selling.
• Identify, qualify, and transition GMP (clinical) leads to BDMs to build and accelerate the clinical pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical sales to support technical qualification and deliver modality-based solutions for cell and gene therapy developers.
• Partner with genomic medicine pioneers to solve complex drug development challenges and accelerate life-changing therapies.
