Publishing Concepts, a Dallas-based company recognized as a top workplace, is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to guide clients through our sales process with professionalism and persistence. The role is remote, requires strong communication, and you will work from your home office using PCI-provided equipment.

Pay is $16 per hour plus uncapped commission, with full-time shifts Monday–Friday and occasional Saturday work; availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST is required, and prior experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total work history in sales or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume sales calls is preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or other call center software preferred.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office for professional calls.
• You must work off PCI-provided equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes and scripts to build value on every call.
• Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Update client records and pitch three branded apparel and books offerings on each call.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve skills.
