Honeywell International, Inc. seeks an entry-level Inside Sales specialist to accelerate growth by engaging customers remotely and managing FlexBDA opportunities from inquiry through proposal and close.

You will coordinate between Enterprise customers, design partners, field sales teams, and internal groups, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and projects advance. Based out of our HQ in Atlanta or Houston on a remote schedule, you will qualify inbound demand, perform targeted outbound

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level experience gained through internships or related activities.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and inbound/outbound activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota and pipeline targets.
• Qualify inbound demand, conduct outbound follow-up, and advance opportunities.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, and next steps with internal teams.
• Serve as the central point between Enterprise customers, partners, and field sales.
• Gather complete project requirements and support timely, competitive quotes.
• Use consultative selling to guide customers toward the best scope for their project.
