Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years inside sales, BDR, or SDR in life sciences or technical environment.
• Experience with bid searching, procurement monitoring, and government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor procurement platforms to identify bid and RFP opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline health.
• Collaborate across marketing and sales to optimize campaigns and templates.
