Job summary

Hamilton Storage Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales – National USA & Canada to drive new business across the United States and Canada. The role blends outbound lead generation with disciplined bid research and market intelligence in a 50/50 split between sales and bidding activities.

You will run outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and maintain CRM in HubSpot while monitoring procurement platforms like BGOV, SAM.gov, and Merx to identify opportunities and sustain a strong NA pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inside sales experience in life sciences or related field.
• Experience with bid searching and procurement monitoring is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM, especially HubSpot; familiarity with Outreach/SalesLoft is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling, email, and digital campaigns across USA and Canada.
• Qualify opportunities and pass warm leads to regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor procurement platforms to identify bid opportunities and keep pipeline healthy.
• Maintain comprehensive bid tracker and report activity to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and target account lists.
