Job summary

The TSS Family of Companies is a leading environmental monitoring and testing services provider with locations nationwide. We are expanding our national sales team and seek an Inside Sales Representative to qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound calls, and grow existing client relationships from a remote base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or related roles.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to document activity and forecast pipelines.
• Ability to educate, strategize, and sell via email, inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives.
• Own and manage a pipeline with a CRM to stay organized.
• Educate and sell to customers through email and calls.
• Understand full service offerings and recommend solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
