Job summary

Hamilton Storage seeks an Inside Sales professional to drive new business across the United States and Canada. The role blends outbound lead generation with bid intelligence to identify and pursue opportunities, while sustaining a healthy North American pipeline.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in inside sales within life sciences or related industries, proficiency with HubSpot, and the hunter mentality to work remotely across the US & Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years inside sales or SDR/BDR experience preferred in technical/life sciences.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset for Canadian market coverage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage high-volume outbound campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities and pass to regional sales managers.
• Monitor procurement platforms to identify bids, tenders, and RFPs in North America.
• Maintain bid trackers and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and qualification processes.
