Job summary

Hamilton Storage is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive new business across the United States and Canada. The role blends proactive lead generation with bid research and market intelligence to sustain a strong North American pipeline.

You will qualify opportunities, maintain CRM records (HubSpot), and support regional Sales Managers. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in a technical sales environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within life sciences or related field.
• Proven success with high-volume outbound campaigns and pipeline targets.
• Familiarity with bid searching, procurement monitoring, and government contracting a plus.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot; knowledge of outreach tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from US and Canada via outbound campaigns and lead qualification.
• Identify bid opportunities on public and private platforms and maintain a bid tracker.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to hand off qualified leads and bid opportunities.
• Support marketing with market intelligence, campaigns, and CRM hygiene.
