Qualifications

• This position requires a remote work setup and residence in one of the allowed states.
• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (20–50) with professionalism.
• Engage clients, ensure referenceable interactions, and represent Partners well.
• Follow established sales scripts and processes; update records and pitch offerings on every call.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to stay current on product knowledge and campaigns.
• Work autonomously from home; self-directed coaching is required.
• Seek feedback to improve service quality and growth.
• Maintain excellent attendance to ensure coverage and team collaboration.
