Venture Home is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote, phone-based sales role focused on outbound activity and closing deals with homeowners in the Northeast U.S. You will educate on solar benefits, qualify prospects, and book consultations for the outside sales team.

The position requires a proven track record in outbound calls, CRM use (Salesforce preferred), strong closing skills, and the ability to work remotely with accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Tech savvy with strong computer skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong closer.
• Able to perform in a remote environment with personal accountability.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication with a persistent yet friendly phone presence.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
