Job summary

Venture Home is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our fully remote sales team. This is a sales role focused on outbound performance, not customer service. You will call homeowners, educate them on solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule free consultations for the outside sales team.

We offer full-time schedules with weekend availability. Base pay is state-dependent plus commissions, targeting $65,000–$80,000 OTE per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and life

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Sales mentality with a proven closing ability.
• Strong communication and listening skills in a remote setup.
