Job summary

Venture Home is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fully remote sales team. This role focuses on outbound performance and closing deals, not customer service, with a persistent closer mentality.

You will call homeowners to educate them on solar benefits, qualify leads, and schedule free consultations for the outside sales team, working on a remote basis with weekend shifts. Base pay plus commissions drives an OTE of $65k–$80k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a confident closer.
• Excellent listening and speaking skills; persuasive communication.
• Strong computer skills and tech savvy.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and be accountable for performance.
• Weekend availability is mandatory for full-time tracks.
