Job summary

LevelUp, a remote-friendly outsourcing agency, seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join client sales functions and drive revenue with existing accounting and audit firms within the installed base.

You will manage high-volume chats, emails, and calls, guide customers through packages and pricing, and close transactions using assisted checkout in CRM tools. Proactive outreach and KPI-driven performance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS inside sales or SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience closing deals via live chat or chat platforms.
• Strong written English for chat and email; fluent spoken English for calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of inbound chats and emails from existing clients.
• Guide customers through package options, pricing tiers, and licensing models.
• Close transactions using assisted checkout in CRM/sales tools.
• Route complex opportunities to Account Managers with handover notes.
• Document all interactions and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM daily.
• Run proactive outbound campaigns to installed base and support campaigns.
• Meet/exceed KPIs: chat <60s, deal cycles <5/3 days, CSAT >4.2.
