Job summary

LevelUp is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our clients’ sales teams. This role focuses on engaging with existing accounting and audit firms within an installed base, guiding them from free credits to paid accounts, and explaining package tiers.

You will manage high inbound demand, handle chat and email sales, log CRM activity daily, and participate in outbound campaigns targeting the installed base. This is a fully remote, 40-hour week with North American/European hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS inside sales or high-volume SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience closing deals via live chat.
• Excellent written English for chat/email and strong spoken English.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM daily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of inbound chats and emails from existing clients.
• Guide customers through packages, pricing tiers, and licensing models.
• Identify complex opportunities and route to Account Managers.
• Document all interactions in CRM daily.
• Run outbound campaigns targeting installed base.
• Meet KPIs: chat response times < 60s; deal cycles < 5 business days (initial) and < 3 days (later); CSAT > 4.2.
