Job summary

LevelUp is a remote-first agency providing outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. We seek a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by engaging with existing accounting and audit firms within the installed base.

You will manage high inbound demand, guide customers through credits to paid accounts, and explain package tiers. This role involves high-volume chat/email sales, CRM logging, and product learning to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS inside sales or high-volume inbound SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience closing deals over live chat (Intercom or similar).
• Excellent written English for chat/email; confident spoken English for calls.
• Direct experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM daily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of inbound chats and emails from existing clients.
• Guide customers through package options, pricing tiers, and licensing models; close transactions.
• Identify complex opportunities and route to Account Managers with handover notes.
• Document all interactions and usage trends in CRM daily to maintain pipeline accuracy.
• Run outbound campaigns based on usage triggers and support marketing campaigns.
