Job summary

Support Tech is seeking a highly organized Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close. This remote, full-time role blends hunting new business with pipeline management and quoting, ensuring CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.

You will drive outbound outreach, build quotes, and shepherd deals through a structured pipeline. Proficiency with Zoho or similar CRM and Google Workspace is essential, along with a strong track record

Qualifications

Zoho navigation: building quotes, updating deal stages, managing lead databases (CRM).
Google Workspace: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet for operations and client presentations.
End-to-end deal cycles: experience managing from discovery to close.
Attention to detail: pricing, quotes, and contract terms managed accurately.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Prospect, identify and qualify new leads via outbound channels.
Full-Cycle Deal Management: Guide prospects through discovery, negotiation, and close.
Sales Operations & Quoting: Generate quotes/proposals for prospects and clients.
Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain thorough records of activities and deal statuses.
System Administration: Keep CRM and account data current.
