Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage renewals, drive account growth, and support expansions across assigned territories in a remote US-based role. You will build trusted customer relationships, respond swiftly to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

You will work with CRM systems, manage quotes, and maintain accurate data while supporting a small, collaborative team focused on growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside‑sales or account management environments.
• Customer relationship management experience with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ownership of assigned accounts, follow‑up, and ongoing engagement.
• Ability to organize across multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer territories, accounts, and contracts, maintaining strong relationships and follow-through.
• Be the professional point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities for expansion and add-on sales.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist with quoting and sales administration tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and track activity with Excel and Outlook.
