Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, business development, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, opportunities, customers, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for opportunities generated through corporate lead development.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and technical teams to deliver quick, competitive quotes.
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into new business.
• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts and strengthen relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell across capabilities.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and fulfill commitments.
