Job summary

Hexatronic Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative to manage customer relationships, assist with quotes and orders, and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the process. You will coordinate installation projects to ensure timely delivery and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in data centers/tech projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 365; familiarity with HubSpot and SAP Business One.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships in existing and prospective accounts to strengthen the partnership between HDCUS and the customer.
• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Shipping and Accounting to meet or exceed expectations.
• Support Sales with creation and processing of all customer quotes and orders.
• Verify quotes and orders are accurate and compliant with corporate standards.
• Organize electronic file structure on all customer accounts to defined management standards.
• Assist in defining and implementing process maps when needed.
• Manage installation project documentation, including creating and distributing SOWs.
• Coordinate projects with installation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer calls and written correspondence professionally and timely, with follow-up.
• Proactively sell goods and services during inbound calls.
• Manage customer service requests: order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, credits, claims.
• Assist with RFI and RFP processes.
• Research and resolve customer problems, liaising with other departments as needed.
