Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations for the Americas. This remote role leads order management, quoting/booking, deal desk, and commercial support across the region, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain to optimize processes and data-driven decisions.

You will drive standardized workflows, KPIs, and governance while enabling scalable growth and improved seller and customer experiences across multiple countries in the Americas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales operations or related field.
• Experience leading commercial/sales-support operations in software/tech environments.
• Strong ability to influence across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Production Software Sales Operations organization (order management, quoting/booking, deal desk, and commercial support).
• Establish clear operating processes, service-level expectations, controls, and KPIs that support accurate and timely commercial execution.
• Manage capacity and priorities to support business needs, including seasonal and quarter/year-end volume.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues affecting order accuracy, cycle time, customer experience, or revenue timing.
