Job summary

HD Supply seeks a sales professional to generate new opportunities and upsell via phone, email, and other electronic communication. You will manage responses to customer orders and quotations across accounts via in-house and outside sales channels.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales or sales support experience, strong MS Excel and Salesforce skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid environment with in-office presence as needed.

• Prospecting and generating new opportunities via outbound calls and emails.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and opportunities.
• Comfortable with quotas and meeting sales targets in a hybrid/remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Facilitate the sales process by tracking orders, handling inquiries and supporting customers.
• Provide pricing guidance using the pricing matrix and available resources.
• Support estimating, take-offs, and proposal duties as needed.
